Delivery Information
For UK orders, all items will be printed upon order and delivered within 4-7 business days of purchase.
For International orders, all items will be printed upon order and delivery estimates provided based on your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your parcel.
Shipping Delays
Although rare, delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, or high-volume periods. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please get in touch via our Contact Us page.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! So, if for any reason you’re not completely happy, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Our returns address is:

To qualify for a return, please make sure your items are:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Packed in the original packaging
- Complete with all tags intact
Non-Returnable Items
We can’t accept returns of items that have been worn and/or damaged.
We also do not accept the return of Gift Cards.
How to Request a Return
Email us at oltowearclothing@gmail.com with your order number.
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping Cost
We try to keep things simple, so if you’re returning an item because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, don’t worry — we’ll cover the cost and send you a free prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on who you bank with.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer an Exchange service. If you would like to swap to a different size or colour, simply return your unwanted item to us and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, just let us know within 48 hours of delivery and include a few photos.
We'll then arrange to send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever works best for you.
